A blocker is a hole card that diminishes the likelihood of an opponent
making a specific hand. Note: Unlikely but not impossible. An example
would be holding a Jack that another player needs to complete a straight.
Instead of 4 outs, there are only 3. In other words, it’s a specific card that
makes certain hands less likely to fill.
