What is the TDA?

The Tournament Directors Association (TDA) establishes and publishes
standardized rules, regulations, guidance, and procedures for poker tournaments
in casinos, card rooms, and major events, e.g., WPT and the WSOP. The major
categories include uniform betting procedures, player conduct, all-in situations,
verbal bets, and dealer errors. Their goal is consistency no matter where you are
playing.
