This is the term used when a player loses chips needlessly. Some of the reasons are poor decisions and discipline relating to inattention to the game. Other factors include: not paying attention to position, other players, calling too many hands, folding late, chasing draws, playing or raising with marginal hands, and bluffing off chips. All result in leaking chips and becoming a calling station.
