Hole Cards

OK, we all know the superior starting hands in Texas Hold ‘Em.  However, just how good are they?  The top five hands, AA, KK, QQ, JJ, and AK, represent 2% of all possible starting hands and yet produce 50% of wins.  How about the next tier?  TT, 99, AQ, AJ, AT, AK, AQ, KQ, and KJ represent only 4% of starting cards and win 30% of the time.  Summing it up, these starting 14 cards, or only 6% of hole cards dealt, win 80% of the time.
