Ring Game

In poker a ring game is another name for a live action cash game played with
chips. Ring games have minimum and maximum buy-ins. You can open your
wallet as many times as you wish to buy more chips in a ring game or exit at will.
Home games usually have a pre-determined time limit, but card rooms and
casinos don’t. A strategic difference between ring games vs. tournaments is
survival.
