How’s this for a bad beat story? On the first hand of the 2024 WSOP’s $10,000 buy-in, a player was eliminated. His full house, eights full of tens, was beaten by quad tens. First hand and $10,000 out of pocket, plus dreams down the drain! On the other hand, if that had happened at Casino 99’s live game, there would have been a hefty bad beat jackpot.
