The Pareto Principle

The 80/20 rule in poker is based upon economist’s Vilfred Pareto’s concept
that 80% of your profits come from 20% of the pots you play. The lesson is
to prioritize and focus on premium hands in big pots. Basically, identify the
few hands that will yield better results to maximize winnings. Play smarter
is the lesson.
